We know that we all get tempted to do things that we know are wrong. How does this temptation happen? Peer pressure, maybe, or is Satan tempting us? I resist peer pressure, and how do I resist the Devil? The Devil does not like to hear the name "Jesus Christ". Even during an exorcist the evill spirit who was possessing the body said "STOP SAYING THAT", when the Priest would say "Jesus Christ".
When you feel that temptation and you are not sure why it feels so strong, simply say "no, Satan go away, I believe in Jesus Christ".
I'm a good looking guy with a pretty athletic body, lean, but I do not use my body with girls but I get tempted, especially when they do things to tempt me.
But I have weapons against Satan too, I say the prayer to St Michael, which I have put below, wear my crucifix which I have blessed with Holy Water around my neck, and also read my Bible, and put those words into songs.
"Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil; May God rebuke him, we humbly pray; And do thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host, by the power of God, thrust into hell Satan and all evil spirits who wander through the world for the ruin of souls. Amen."
